Team Lead - Urology

Baptist Health is seeking a Physician Practice Team Lead to facilitate and evaluate day-to-day clinic activities, serving as a mentor to staff and a role model for clinical processes and quality standards. This position will assume responsibility for clinic operations in the absence of the manager and coordinate the organization and implementation of services to ensure quality patient care. The successful candidate will work within the Urology department to maintain operational efficiency and foster a cooperative environment among providers, staff, and patients.
