Team Lead – Utility P&C

The Team Lead – Utility P&C role manages a team of engineers, drafters, designers, and technicians focused on Utility (IOUs, Municipalities, Co-Ops) projects. This position is responsible for the accurate and timely completion of Electrical Engineering scopes while contributing to the development of internal processes and workflows. The role involves mentoring staff, supporting business development, and ensuring high-quality design and implementation of protection and control packages.
