Lead based in Austin, TX reporting to the Associate Operations Supervisor, responsible for providing direction to groups of non-exempt manufacturing employees. The role supports production continuity, enforces quality/process indicators, and interfaces with cross-functional teams to resolve material or equipment issues. Scheduled G shift: 6:00am-6:00pm Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday.
