As a Lead on Shift at EnterTheGame's Activate location, you serve as the primary operational leader responsible for maintaining facility standards, ensuring room readiness, and guiding customers through interactive gaming experiences. You will coach team members and Game Facilitators to deliver exceptional service while managing inventory, maintenance issues, and complex customer escalations in a high-energy fitness and entertainment environment.
