Team Lead

The Team Lead is a key member of the club's leadership team, responsible for driving profitability, delivering exceptional member service, and managing expenses. This role oversees the guest experience, serves as the first point of contact for new member prospects, and contributes to the entire member lifecycle from onboarding to retention. The Team Lead also fosters a positive environment and supports the General Manager in achieving club financial and operational goals.
