Grande is seeking a motivated Team Lead to join its cheese manufacturing team on the weekend night shift at a new state-of-the-art facility in Chilton, Wisconsin. This role involves leading and supporting production associates while ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations across production, processing, and distribution. The position requires a proactive leader to coordinate daily activities, provide coaching, and drive performance focused on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
