Team Lead

The Team Lead plays a critical role within the Production/Warehouse team, responsible for problem-solving and supporting operations to achieve key performance indicators in safety, quality, delivery, and productivity. This position involves fostering a safe and welcoming Lean culture, communicating with team members to resolve issues, and partnering with department leadership to identify training gaps and improve processes. The role requires tactically understanding department metrics to make recommendations on labor shifting and resolving conflicts within the department.
