Team Lead

This role coordinates and monitors the activities of a work group or cell within a warehouse environment, ensuring the completion of work and customer requirements while adhering to company quality and safety processes. The position involves providing on-the-job training, overseeing shift start-up and clean-up activities, and ensuring appropriate tools and materials are available. The Team Lead is responsible for leading by example, maintaining good housekeeping, and reporting any accidents or policy violations to supervisors.
