Team Lead

The Team Lead is a hands-on, early-leadership role responsible for rotating through key operational areas such as Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities to gain leadership experience and run shifts effectively. This position involves acting as Manager on Duty when senior leaders are absent, ensuring operational excellence, safety compliance, and exceptional guest experiences.
