Team Lead

The Team Lead leads team members within a designated, customer-specific area of the cold chain logistics operation, serving as the day-to-day subject matter expert to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently. This role involves managing workflow, communicating priorities, solving operational issues, and maintaining a culture of accountability and teamwork while supporting daily customer requirements. The position requires coordinating with Operations Leadership to ensure appropriate staffing, equipment, and resources are available to support daily operations.
