Team Lead

The Team Lead position at New Life Center is responsible for overseeing merchandise flow, from receiving donations to merchandising the sales floor. This role serves as a subject matter expert in pricing and point of sale, providing direction and guidance to team members while ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer service. The position requires cross-training in all areas of the production and retail environment, including ash-handling, receiving, processing, pricing, and stocking.
