The Team Leader, Clinical Services is a supervisory clinical role within the Home Care program, responsible for leading a team of clinicians and support staff and supporting agency-level clinical initiatives. The position is based in Rochester, NY and serves as a clinical point-of-contact between field clinicians and management while representing the agency in community settings. A licensed clinician (Social Work, PT, OT, or Speech) is required.
