Team Leader, Design & Trade

The Team Leader, Design & Trade leads daily operations of the design and trade business, coaching the team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales goals. This role drives the in-store customer experience through acquisition and retention initiatives, oversees design desk operations, and partners with the Design Coordinator on appointment management.
