About this role
The Salvation Army is hiring a Team Leader - Homelessness to lead a team of case managers delivering client-centred homelessness services aligned with the organisation’s Homelessness National Model of Care. This is a full-time, fixed-term role (contracted until February 2027) based in Nunawading, VIC within The Salvation Army’s homelessness programs. The position supports the organisation’s mission to provide safe, affordable housing and wraparound supports to people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
