The SHIFT Team Leader provides day-to-day guidance and support to production associates within the MagStop Value Stream at Regal Rexnord (Warner Electric). This is a working lead role, spending at least 40% of time operating within a team-based manufacturing cell, and serving as an area expert who supports continuous improvement and meeting customer expectations. The role also serves as a primary point of coordination across the shift to keep operations running smoothly.
