Team Leader - Night Shift

This position provides on-site crisis intervention and support services to children and adolescents with serious emotional disturbances, coordinating with team members to de-escalate situations and prevent unnecessary hospitalizations or out-of-home placements. The role involves assessing mental health needs, linking clients to community resources, and collaborating with various agencies including Jefferson County DHR and local emergency services. The Team Leader is responsible for accurate clinical documentation, case updates, and maintaining data as required by the agency and state standards.
