The role leads and develops a team of analysts responsible for adviser and client onboarding and asset transfers, ensuring high-quality outcomes, effective prioritisation, and continuous improvement of processes. Working closely with the Head of Onboarding and senior leadership, the Team Leader will drive stakeholder collaboration, remove roadblocks, and build team capability through coaching and cross‑skilling.
