Team Leader Operations

This role involves overseeing and maintaining the working processes of a new Plastics Recycling Facility, controlling room operations, and supervising the facility in the absence of the process shift supervisor. The position requires leading operatives, managing contractors, and ensuring adherence to environmental permitting and health and safety standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating process incidents and reporting faults on plant and machinery.
