Team Leader -Program Management & Payments

The Team Leader, Program Management & Payments will lead strategic initiatives across card issuing and acquiring, including the migration of the Credit Cards core system and delivery of innovative payment solutions. Reporting to the Manager -Payments, the role collaborates with internal teams, technology partners, and payment scheme stakeholders to drive transformation and support business growth. The position also involves coaching team members, stakeholder engagement, and providing project updates and recommendations.
