The Team Leader, Quality Services leads the Life & Critical Illness Claims and Appeals teams, ensuring consistent, fair, and timely adjudication practices while supporting complex case decision-making. This role provides direction, coaching, and technical expertise to team members, fosters a culture of continuous improvement, and acts as a key liaison between internal partners.
