Team Leader Recruitment

This role involves leading a team of recruiters to deliver high-quality, timely, and inclusive recruitment support to managers across the Ministry. The Team Leader guides the team, oversees day-to-day workflow, and provides coaching on best-practice recruitment and selection processes. The position requires building strong relationships with hiring managers and wider HR teams to improve hiring capability and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
