Team Leader - Social Work

This role provides leadership, oversight, and support to a team of Social Workers conducting statutory assessments and interventions, including child protection enquiries and court work. The position focuses on timely risk identification and immediate support for children and families on the edge of care. It aims to enable children to remain safely within their family networks through proactive strength-based support.
