The Team Leader Survey - CAD provides operational, technical, and supervisory leadership to CAD professionals supporting the Survey practice. This role involves coordinating daily CAD workload, supporting project delivery, maintaining quality standards, and developing team members to align with business and project goals. The position serves as both a people leader and technical resource, collaborating with surveyors, project managers, and operations leaders to resolve challenges and promote consistent CAD practices.
