Team Leader, Visual

As a Team Leader for Visual Merchandising at Crate and Barrel, you will lead and mentor the merchandising team to execute design standards, manage floorset execution and signage, and ensure the sales floor aligns with brand vision. You will collaborate with the Assistant Store Leader to coach associates on product knowledge, customer service, and operational excellence while driving sales and managing team workload. This role requires analyzing KPIs, maintaining visual and back-of-house standards, and serving as a key leader on duty to support store operations.
