About this role
The Team Leader for the EFASS Programme at the International Rescue Committee will lead a four-year, multi-million-pound education programme in South Sudan focused on improving access and foundational learning for marginalized out-of-school children. The role represents IRC to donors and government partners and ensures programme coherence, accountability, and learning across consortium partners. The postholder will oversee programme design, implementation oversight, and strategic partnerships to support system uptake and sustainability.
