WING SHACK
The Team Leader acts as the right-hand to the management team, helping run daily operations and keeping the Wing Shack energy high. This role involves leading, training, and motivating team members to uphold standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness. The position requires assisting with scheduling, supporting new hire onboarding, and delivering excellent customer service. Additionally, the Team Leader helps monitor inventory, oversee cash handling, and maintain a clean, safe, and compliant restaurant environment.
Wing Shack is Orlando's #1 wings and sports bar, located in the Conway community, serving 20+ bold wing sauces, half-pound burgers, and cold drinks. Known as Orlando's official Philadelphia Eagles hub, the bar features wall-to-wall screens for game day watch parties and live music entertainment every week. Wing Shack offers weekly specials like 80¢ wings on Mondays and Wednesdays, a full bar with happy hour, and a vibrant atmosphere that keeps the Orlando community coming back.
