Team Leader

This hands-on leadership role involves managing and coaching a team of Mentors and Activity Co-ordinators to help young people aged 18–24 overcome barriers and secure sustainable employment. The position requires monitoring team performance, ensuring high-quality participant journeys, and building relationships with employers and local partners. The successful candidate will drive engagement, job outcomes, and sustainment while maintaining a positive and accountable team culture.
