New Shoots The Lakes is seeking a passionate and experienced Team Leader to support high-quality teaching, lead curriculum excellence, and mentor teachers within a collaborative early childhood education environment. This role involves fostering strong relationships with tamariki, whānau, and the wider centre team while ensuring a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the Centre Director to maintain high standards of practice and contribute to a positive centre culture.
