Team Leader

The Team Leader oversees the day-to-day service delivery and performance of the Wellways to Recovery Team, ensuring participants receive high-quality, person-centred services in accordance with organisational, contractual, and legislative requirements. Working closely with the Service Manager, the role involves managing organisational priorities, supporting employee capability, and addressing operational issues promptly. The position requires coordinating daily team operations, managing workforce coverage, and maintaining positive relationships with participants and local service providers.
