The Team Manager, Distribution role involves managing a team of Partners responsible for direct-to-customer deliveries and ensuring the smooth running of the supply chain operation at the Brooklands Customer Delivery Hub. The position requires maintaining high customer service standards, ensuring legal compliance, and delivering operational KPIs and SLAs. This is a full-time, 14-month fixed-term position with a rotational shift pattern.
