Team Manager- Functional Quality (Frame)

The Team Manager - Functional Quality (Frame) role is responsible for ensuring defect-free processes and production in the Frame Plant through the evaluation and improvement of product and process quality. This position focuses on achieving zero customer complaints and zero rejection by adhering to Quality Assurance Systems and ensuring compliance with CTQ & CTS Parameters. The role involves analyzing internal and external failures, implementing improvement activities, and supporting the smooth launch of new models.
