Team Manager (or Assistant Store Manager)

The Team Manager (or Assistant Store Manager) will support the Store Manager in leading, developing and supporting sales, operations and security teams to meet or exceed sales targets and enhance the Tiffany store experience, acting as a mentor, coach, and Guest Experience Manager. The role involves overseeing store operations in the manager's absence, driving client relationships, and ensuring exceptional client service.
