Team Manager

The Team Manager will provide strong operational leadership and support to a team of practitioners within the Young Adults Team, facilitating the transition of young people from Children’s Services into Adult Social Care. This role involves promoting high-quality, person-centred practice, overseeing complex casework and safeguarding, and fostering effective multi-agency collaboration. The position aims to ensure positive outcomes for young people and their families through professional supervision and service development.
