Team Member- Packaging Development

This role involves developing and designing packaging materials for new pharmaceutical product launches, ensuring technical compliance and de-risking the launch process. The incumbent will coordinate with cross-functional teams including Artwork, QA, and Production to prepare specifications, conduct validation studies, and manage shop floor issues. Additionally, the position focuses on lifecycle management, process simplification, cost improvement, and sustainability projects within the pharma industry.
