The Team Member Trainer role focuses on enabling the growth of the supply chain network by delivering an exceptional onboarding experience for new team members and fostering a culture of learning and teamwork within the Distribution Center. This position involves coordinating training plans, facilitating various training programs, and ensuring safety standards are consistently met. The role also requires supporting onboarding and retention efforts while measuring and monitoring team proficiency.
