Team Member

This position involves working within the Processing or Harvest departments at the Pasco Plant, handling tasks such as trimming, packaging, or operating heavy equipment in varying environmental conditions. The role requires physical stamina to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods while working in either extreme cold or hot, wet, and humid settings. Candidates must be available for A Shift hours, including Saturdays and overtime, and pass a post-offer health assessment.
