Team Security Manager

The Team Security Manager is responsible for the welfare, physical protection, and security of Boston Legacy FC players, coaches, and team personnel across training, travel, matches, and club activities. This role serves as the primary security professional, coordinating with venue and league security while advising on facility security protocols for the Performance Center and future projects. The position requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate collaboratively within various security environments.
