Deze functie combineert teamontwikkeling, veranderbegeleiding en tactisch leiderschap binnen het Team Intake & Ondersteuning (TIO) van de Landelijke Afdeling Specialistische Opsporingsoperaties (LASO) bij de FIOD. De teamleider is verantwoordelijk voor de verdere ontwikkeling van verschillende werkstromen, het bevorderen van samenwerking en efficiëntie, en het ondersteunen van het primaire proces van opsporing. Als lid van het managementteam draagt de functie bij aan een veilige werkomgeving en de toekomstbestendige ontwikkeling van de afdeling en de opsporing.
