About this role
Teamleider Productie bij Interface leidt dagelijks een team van ongeveer 15 operators op de E-coatingafdeling en is verantwoordelijk voor het volledige coatingproces van aanvoer tot eindproduct. De rol werkt in een productiefaciliteit in Scherpenzeel en ondersteunt de ontwikkeling van de afdeling met oog voor duurzaamheid en procesverbetering. De functie kan in de toekomst opgeschaald worden naar 2- of 3-ploegendienst.
