As a Team Leader for Mental Health Treatment (TBS) at the Prison Division's Individual Matters Directorate, you will lead a team of approximately 25 professionals responsible for assessing leave requests, extending measures, and managing placements and transfers within the Dutch justice system. In a high-pressure environment with limited capacity, you ensure focus, collaboration, and direction while fostering the development of your team members to maintain effective outcomes.
