As part of Accelleron, you will lead the shop floor team in the manufacturing of compressor wheels within the High-Speed Rotor Production department in Baden, Switzerland. You will ensure on-time and high-quality delivery of compressor wheels, reporting directly to the department head and overseeing the entire manufacturing process.
