Teamleitung Serologie

As a Serology Team Lead, you will manage a team responsible for non-infectious and infectious serological diagnostics at IDEXX's primary European laboratory in Kornwestheim. This role involves leading staff, collaborating on quality management, scheduling work, and overseeing complex lab tests including ELISA and IFT using automated and manual methods. You will ensure the accurate reading and release of results according to standard operating procedures while driving team development.
