Tech II

The Tech II position is responsible for maintaining the cosmetic appearance and mechanical/electrical function of all buildings and grounds at the resort. This role involves performing maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance systems while ensuring guest and owner satisfaction through prompt and professional service. The individual must adhere to safety standards and company procedures while working flexible shifts in a fast-paced environment.
