About this role

This role leads the design and development of scalable, secure cloud-based AI applications, focusing on Agentic AI systems, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and enterprise Large Language Model (LLM) integration. The position requires deep expertise in Azure environments to drive business process transformation through AI automation while ensuring alignment with financial industry standards and regulatory requirements. Candidates will provide technical leadership, mentor engineering teams, and establish MLOps/LLMOps practices to support complex, non-routine initiatives.

Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable AI-driven cloud applications using Python and modern frameworks
Lead implementation of Agentic AI systems and multi-agent orchestration workflows
Build and optimize RAG pipelines including embeddings and vector database strategies
Establish CI/CD pipelines and MLOps practices to support AI solution delivery
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams on complex initiatives
