Tech Lead, Core Product Engine (Backend)

As a Senior Backend Engineer at Jerry.ai, you will lead the evolution of the core automation systems that power the company's insurance marketplace for over 5 million users. Reporting to the co-founder/CTO, your primary focus will be refactoring tightly coupled legacy code into a robust, fault-tolerant framework capable of handling complex, asynchronous transactions across dozens of insurance categories. You will leverage an AI-first approach to design scalable architectures that decouple business logic while ensuring high reliability and real-time system performance.
