Tech Lead - Pretraining Team, Wayve Foundation Model

About this role
The Tech Lead / Tech Lead Manager will define and drive Wayve’s data strategy for large-scale pretraining of multi-modal foundation models for autonomy. You will shape what “good data” means for embodied AI, influence model performance and generalisation, and collaborate closely with research and engineering teams. The role also involves helping build scalable infrastructure and contributing to Wayve’s scientific and technical roadmap.
