This role is primarily responsible for lab testing and field trials for new product development, as well as providing field training on product installations and system maintenance. The position serves as a technical liaison between field personnel and internal departments, supporting sales teams and managing complex projects. It involves conducting market research, performing forensic analysis for field failures, and assisting in the commercial scale-up of new products.
