TechLead API (f/h)

Lead Tech role within Cultura’s IT department supporting a large SI transformation in a fast-evolving retail environment. The position is responsible for ensuring the quality, performance and robustness of backend applications (product catalogs, stock, commerce and digital services) and translating business needs into maintainable technical solutions. You will lead the API technical team for Order and Payment, collaborate with project managers, functional experts and architects, and ensure operational stability of production systems.
