About this role

The Technical Account Manager will serve as the primary technical interface for assigned customers, building trusted relationships and ensuring successful adoption and operation of Samsara’s IoT and software solutions. The role focuses on transforming the customer support experience, aligning Samsara’s platform to customer business needs, and advocating for customers across internal teams. This remote position is based in Bengaluru and requires availability to support Central and Eastern Time zones for North American customers.
