About this role

The Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting Manager will support the Accounting & Finance team by driving the company’s technical accounting agenda and leading SEC reporting activities. This role partners across the business and with external auditors to implement new standards, maintain accounting policies, and ensure SOX-compliant internal controls. The manager will also assist with preparation and review of US GAAP financial statements and filings such as Forms 10-Q and 10-K.
